What we collect

When you visit Coordinates Unknown, we automatically receive standard information that your browser sends to every website, including IP address, approximate location, browser and device type, and the pages you view. We use a privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We do not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking.

Audio playback & downloads

Episode audio files are hosted on Amazon S3 and delivered through a content delivery network (CDN). When you play or download an episode, the hosting provider may log the request in order to deliver the file and monitor service health. These logs are subject to the hosting provider's own privacy policy.
